Lucy is depressed after getting betrayed and her heart broken. She can't take it anymore... She doesn't know what to do, but endure the pain she is put through. Until she is ready to put it to an end.
A short story that took way to long, but much effort put into it. I hope you all enjoy!

"You're weak Lucy!" Natsu slammed his hands on the table, "That's why you can't come on this job. You'll die." Lucy started to cry, "I'm not weak, Natsu," she shook her head as he walked away. "Yes you are. You haven't trained like Gray, your power isn't as strong as Erza's, and you can't match a dragonslayer with celestial spirits," Dragoneel looked over his shoulder, "I waited this long to tell you. It's time to face the facts." This set her off. She felt as though she deserved to be revered as strong because of all the things she and Natsu had done together: the jobs, the everyday crisis, even when he almost said he liked her. But now his words pained her, they shot her in the heart and she realized that Natsu never liked her.Kumpleto

When we meet again
"Natsu, you make me happy. And I don't know how I could've gotten through this week without you. Even with me not being able to speak you didn't plead with me to get me to talk or force me to talk. It made me love you even more for that." I paused for a moment, feeling the lump in my throat form, signaling that I was going to cry again. I took a shaky breath and looked at him with pleading eyes. "I don't know how I'm going to get through how ever long it is until I see you again. Please convince your parents to come with me! Please Natsu!" After Lucy and Natsu had just confessed their love for each other. Lucy finds out that her parents pass away in a fatal car accident. A week later after being taken in by the Dragneel family, on Natsu's thirteenth birthday, Lucy's sister Michelle comes to take Lucy home with her to Paris to live with her and her husband. Lucy stays in Paris, only keeping in touch with one friend during her four years there. On her sixteenth birthday, Lucy finally moves back to Magnolia. With Natsu heavy on her mind, she gets a job and begins attending the same high school as Natsu. What happens when they get assigned to be partners on a school project after not speaking for four long years? And finding out she just happens to have gotten a job at the same place Natsu works? Will their love blossom as quickly as when they were twelve? Or will they never be meant to be with each other ever again.
