She looked at Katelyn with weary eyes.
"I'm a cutter.." She whispered, lifting her sleeve slowly to show hundreds of scratches, bruises, and cuts and gashes. Katelyn's eyes widened and she started tearing up before hugging her tightly. She hugged back.
She jolted awake and sat up quickly in her bed. She was drenched in sweat. She looked out her window, her stormy blue eyes feeling heavy. She stared at the sunrise and then she turned to her alarm clock.
6:27 AM
She sighed and looked at her arm, then at the girl sleeping beside her in her bed. Her wavy blonde hair was messy, one of her eyes being covered. Her face held a soft look. She smiled and lightly kissed her girlfriend's head before slowly getting out of bed, putting on a hoodie and my boots, wrote a short note, and then left for a walk.
