You have been on the run for as long as you could remember. You didn't usually stray to far away from the woods except on the occasion when u needed supplies from in town. One day you meet a group of people that change your life.

"So.. You go by, Obi? Really?" I asked reaching for my knives my bow and arrows just out of reach.

"Yeah, and I would advise against any hostile action to my master otherwise you are going to have to face me." I assessed the situation I found myself in, the hood covering my face and hair from view.

"Sorry but I don't intend on becoming anyone's slave today." I turned and made it look like I was going to run away as I pulled my knives out...

#2 in Horror. /02.23.16/ I hear footsteps approaching me, pacing faster and faster making me look back quickly. I see a man in a black fabric mask wearing all black clothing. I widen my eyes beginning to run in the snow making my feet heavy. "Help! Somebody help me!" I scream in a cry looking around to find nobody on sight. "Help!" I scream trying to run faster hoping somebody would hear my cries. My throat became sore from the cold quickly making it harder to breathe freely. "Help me! Somebody!" I hear the tall figure run behind me feeling a grip on my hair. My white ski hat fell into the ground covered in snow. The man groans pulling my hair towards him making me collapse. "No, stop!" I scream struggling from his grasp, punching and kicking aimlessly. "Shhh." The man whispers into my ear grabbing onto my wrists starting to cuff them. "No!" I scream twisting and turning trying to bite the man's arm. The man doesn't say much. The only thing I hear is his heavy breathing. He starts to shackle my ankles together as I lay a full blown kick into his face making him groan in pain holding onto his nose on top of the mask. "Help me, somebody!" I keep yelling as he kicks me in the stomach and takes out a clothed bag from his coat pocket putting it on my head covering my face. He ties it up from the back tightly making my neck feel pressured. "Please." I whimper. "You don't have to do this." I cry admitting defeat. "Night, night." He chuckles hitting me behind the head making me loss consciousness. WARNING: Will contain very disturbing content. This book is not for individuals who are sensitive to these topics. In a world dominated by werewolves, Odette leads a simple, human life until what was supposed to be the best day of her life, her wedding day, takes a nightmarish turn. Luca, a powerful world-leader and Alpha, claims her as his mate, which forces her into a desperate fight for her freedom. Now on the run, Odette encounters challenges that will test her wit and strength. Will she surrender to the relentless pursuit, or fight back? ~~~ I round the corner to see a group of freakishly-tall and handsome men. There were three men in the group, one instantly stood out to me even with his back toward me. He had deep black hair and I could tell strong lean muscles were hidden beneath his button-up shirt. I falter in my steps a bit, something in my mind telling me to go another way, to ask someone else for help with directions. But I keep walking closer. Something else within me tells me it will be okay. As I get closer, the two men who were facing my direction look towards me and I stop, keeping a safe distance. Hopefully they are able to help me, and not turn me away just because I'm a human. "Hi, um, could you tell me where the front desk is?" The man whose back was facing towards me stiffened. "I think I'm a little..." The man turned toward me so quickly it made my heartbeat waver. His deep blue eyes pierced into my brown ones and called out to me. His jawline was chiseled to perfection, lips parted slightly in awe. Every feature of his face was meticulously handcrafted by God. I never thought I could find a wolf so elegant. He was...beautiful. Something in the air shifted. I could feel it in my bones. "...lost," I finished my sentence after a brief pause. No one answered me. Did I say something wrong? I look between the three of them and see that the two men behind the man who was staring so intently at me were looking between me and him. "Mate."

Tears threatened to spill out from my eyes as I looked at my reflection in the mirror. DEVASTATED and BETRAYED. Suddenly, the door of the room opened and slammed shut. I looked at his reflection from the mirror and wiped off my tears hurriedly before shoving the card inside one of the drawers, not wanting him to know about it. He came and hugged me from behind resting his chin on my shoulder. Reality dawned upon me and fear crawled up on each and every ounce of my skin. Sweat buds formed on my forehead and neck as I looked at him staring at me intensely from the mirror. His gaze was filled with desire. He turned me towards him by holding my waist gently and sealed our lips in a soft and gentle kiss. I closed my eyes trying to hold back my tears which were ready to spill out anytime feeling disgusted with his touch. At that moment of helplessness, all I was praying to God was 'please god let it be a dream where I'll wake up beside the love of my life, my Rann' but the saddest reality is it's not. "My Rann is a ruthless killer. He is a Devil with whom I got married."

They met for the right reasons but at the wrong time. She was just about to graduate from college, and he was already a successful CEO/Businessman who is ten years her senior. A city love like no other. Enter the world of Alecx and Tristan, brought together by fate, only to be separated by unexpected circumstances. Will there be a second chance for them when they meet again 9 years later? A story about chasing dreams, friendship and love.... "A love story that will make you swoon. Definitely a fun, entertaining and feel-good read. " - A Reader's Comment Excerpts: 1) I saw her hug one of the guys in that department and kissed him on the cheek. I don't really deal a lot with our employees. I am mostly either inside my office or in the boardroom conducting meetings, so I do not even know who this guy she is smitten with. Just seeing her do that caused a twinge of jealousy inside me. I barely know this girl and yet, she is making me feel something I have not felt before. 2) I gave him a dagger look and tried to get away from his hold, but he did not let me. Instead, he put both his arms around my waist and pulled me closer to him. Our faces are just inches away from each other. He was looking at me intently. My heart is beating so fast. I feel like I am going to melt from his gaze. "I am just messing with you. I am sorry. Forget about what I said. Just dance with me. For old time's sake." He smiled at me. I continued to look him straight in the eyes. "Why did I ever leave this amazing man in front of me?" I asked myself regretfully. I set aside all my inhibitions and placed both my arms around his neck. Even just for tonight, I will enjoy this moment. I rested my head on his shoulder and nuzzled my face on his neck. I hope we can stay like this forever.

"To the left and right, the trees were drawing closer and closer. The wind blew at my back as if it wanted to throw me off the cliff. The cliff. The abyss right beneath my feet. I gathered all my courage, took a few steps back, started running ... and jumped." You lose your memory. That's what they say, happens, when you cross the fence. The very person of you fades into the fogginess of oblivion. What comes out on the other side, once the fog has lifted, will be nothing but the empty shell you left behind. I knew this. I knew this very well. It had been recited to me countless times. Over and over again. And yet, what really happened was reserved solely to the one, who dared to take the leap. And I knew I was different. I always had been. The two voices in my head had been fighting for as long as I could remember. They had slowly melted into one and I was no longer able to tell them apart. Had I another choice? I was running out of options, just as I was running out of breath. Staying in the North meant losing myself to darkness. Going over the fence meant losing myself to oblivion. But if the person I was, was really meant to die, then I would choose to be free. I took a deep breath and counted down from ten. Goodbye, Fenrok. Whatever happens next, is Fenn's part of the story.
