Unexpected Rising 1.0 (Script Edition)

Years ago, humans joined the war between Heaven and Hell on the side of Heaven. The war ended soon after, wiping out the inhabitants of Hell, leaving only one last Devil left. Equiped with a curse, he'll work his way through this world filled with humans and angels coexisting among each other to enact his revenge on the angels for what they did.
This is a rough writing, I have spotted several errors I need to attend to such such as describing the world a little better. I'm working on a non-script version currently and I'll probably submit that in segments.
Since it's in script form, it may be hard to read, so i've tried my best to divide up speech (normal text), description (italics) and places/people (bold text)

With the impossible size of the universe, it shouldn't come as much of a surprise that there is life beyond just humans out there. Countless things have lived and died yet one stands above the rest due to the sheer amount of time it has lived. Almost since the beginning of the universe itself has it existed; a biological monster that would destroy and consume anything in its path. Kuoh Academy seems like a regular high school; clubs, sports, pretty girls, perverted guys, that one really hot guy or girl that everyone wants or wants to be. Devils, Fallen Angels, and Angels all exist in this world under a shaky peace treaty, but there's one rule: don't let the normal people know of their existence. All they see is a detached girl in a yellow raincoat going through life like she's the only one who exists. Before you read the summary, I want you to know that this isn't a story about paranormal beings falling in love, with each other or ordinary people. It is about the horrifying and unusual consequences caused be love. "How?" You may wonder...well I guess you'll just have to read and find out. "There was still something there that rang so familiar inside of him, in a place he had long forgotten about. But as a word hangs from one's lips at precise time it's needed or a person is overcome with an overwhelming sense of déjà vu, he just couldn't figure out where he had seen her before. Before this city. Before the last city. Before the city before that. Maybe even before Hell itself." A man's unusual beginning leaves him empty and without a memory. All he knows is that he doesn't belong here, but there is literally no way in Hell he would ever go back to where he came from. Will he choose to be who he once was? Following the incident of Asia Argento's Sacred Gear and the increase in activity of the Fallen Angels, an envoy of Angels is send to Kuoh to investigate and keep tabs on the movements of both the Fallen Angels and the Devils, knowing full well that they are still hanging on a thin thread when it comes to peace between the three races. Having received orders from the said Faction to act as their agent and overseer, Lucian Kristoff, enrolls into Kuoh Academy and soon gets entangled in a web of events, unfolding new and peculiar experiences for him.
