Vivian Reece moved to a new town in the middle of nowhere to live with her aunt after she survived a car accident (that was hardly an accident) that killed her mother. Every day, she blames herself for her mother’s death and her guilt has been giving her vivid flashbacks of her mom’s final moments that she doesn’t want to remember.
Now, Christmas break has just ended and Viv is starting at her new school, Summers High, to finish grade ten.
