Every year, someone goes missing. Same day, without fail, a body would turn up or a new report would be filed. Every year, they added a new point on their map, starting with the year their father vanished.
Cana never knew her father, but that didn't stop her from wanting to find him. But looking for the dead often turns up secrets, and it just so happens the secrets surrounding her family run deeper and darker than most.
Plunged into a world of shapeshifters, monsters and unsympathetic allies, if she's getting out alive Cana must play by a new set of rules, detached from her own reality, a set of rules her father held close to his heart. An ancient nightmare has awoken, threatening her life and the lives of those closest to her.
A Dreamer must be willing to gamble everything to fulfil their duty, and its a game Cana can't afford to lose.

'Four must travel across a Great Lake,
Where unsuspecting will meet their fate
The dead, a twin, a tinkerer, and a healer,
Shall journey together to find a dreamer
Trapped in a world not their own,
The four will open doors to the unknown
One shall face a fate worse than death,
Trapped forever till their final breath
A powerful decision the four will make,
A decision that shall decide their fate.'
