Joined by his cousin Mia, who carries her own personal demons, Bill and his friends begin to adapt to this new small town; entering high school, making friends and fitting in better. However, the illusion is shattered when Georgie goes missing one day, El starts having nightmares, and something dark and evil looms under Starcourt.
