Robinpaw is a new apprentice in Pondclan, who has taken a big interest in kittypets and how they live but never wants to be a kittypet herself.
One day she meets a kittypet named Wasp and his sister, Butterfly, they show her many things about kittypet life, and Robinpaw learns of a new disease only the two kittypets know, and Robinpaw seeks to find a cure, while Swallowclaw meets someone long lost.
