Grace Kaliran used to love the darkness. She trusted that it's shadows would hide her when she needed it, and hide things she didn't want to see. It isn't until her father was killed from the creature in her nightmares that she begins to fear the darkness she had once loved. Dubbed the "Shadow King" the monster doesn't wait to destroy Grace's life. Grace and her 3 siblings are thrown into Bunker 17 without hope, without happiness and with personalities that have been warped over what happened. Grace was devastated. Her family was broken, and no matter how hard she could try to fix her life, you can't really fix something if pieces are missing.
