Cold. That's all we felt. Just the horrid feeling of being cold. We shouldn't have gone to this place. Oh, this place was just the worst. Some say it was made to lure people then have them die a supposed "unexpected death". But for the normal people, they just see it as an abandoned hospital... but this wasn't just a hospital. No, it was... The hospital for souls.

Throwaway People

53 parts Complete Mature

A homeless couple find a abandon building and move into it. They adopt a street child and hide her from her pimp. Only the building is strange. There are spiritual entities within. Not a danger to the homeless family. Deadly to the pimp and his soldiers. The homeless couple find the child's real relative and finally are convinced to send the child back to her relatives. But not before the spirits of the building reveal themselves. In the process the spirits reveal that what they expected. The building was a living, feeding entity. I put this story as mature because it discusses things that may be disturbing. Human trafficking, survival sex, child abuse, homelessness, and the control methods used by people involved in human sex trafficking. I was homeless three times in my life. Much of what happened to me during those periods are reflected in this story as well as researched material from the internet.
