He claims she is in grave danger and tries to pull her into a quest for a lost book of spells. But could any of this be real? And can she leave behind the only home she has ever known? In a nearby kingdom, Kya is the daughter of the king's huntsman, and becoming a formidable huntress herself. She yearns to go after more exciting prey--to become a bounty hunter of magical creatures and live a life of wealth and glory. But when she comes across a mythical being in her well-known woods, she begins to question everything she thought she knew.
