"Alex! Why are you throwing oranges at the guys who are shooting us?!" Jimmy shouted over the loud guns shots that rang throughout the air.
"I don't know! Maybe it'll hit them in the forehead and knock them out!" I screamed over to him ducking as another round of bullets came in my direction.
Meet Alex Damon.
An idiotic but brilliant detective. She may be in high school, but she is the prodigy daughter of Detective John Damon. Or at least she was until her father was killed in an investigation 2 years ago. Now she's nothing more than a rebellious teenager that causes nothing but trouble.
But what happens when a case of mysterious string of murders start to occur that the police can't seem to crack, and Alex and her best friend Jimmy seem to be around when the bodies appear?
Will Alex be able to crack the case and solve the murders? Or will she destroy and ruin her and her father's legacy?
