On everybody's 17th birthday, they're required to draw a mark on their body. It doesn't matter where, it doesn't matter what, but that mark will show up on the skin of their soulmate. You could write your location, like some have done, or you could be like Michael Mell, and draw a tattoo that you and your friend have always wanted. A mark, that could possibly be shared with your best friend? But you can't really be too sure, until the mark's made. And with just a few lines, you future unfolds. With just some strokes of a sharpie, dots of a pen, your life changes. And it all starts, with a mark.

As the Clock Counts Down (Septiplier Soulmate AU)- completed
-completed- Jack looked down at the timer on his wrist and sighed. In 6 days, 4 hours, 30 minutes, and 5 seconds, he was supposed to find his soulmate. Ironically, he had a Vid-Con panel with some friends that day. He often turned down the possibility that it might be one of them, and he assumed that it would be some random event. Possibly a phone call, or someone wandering on stage. He didn't really understand how the clock worked, all he knew was that the second your clock hits zero, you would kiss your soulmate. You can't control it. They may be in a completely different country, but your brain makes you fly there. Nothing gets in the way. Mark looked down at his wrist. He couldn't help but wonder who his soulmate might be, all he knew was that he'll be with them in 6 days, 4 hours, 30 minutes, and 5 seconds. ~~~~~ Hey! So this is the clock soulmate au, but with a twist. When the clock hits zero, they'll kiss their soulmate.Complete

@zpanacea gave me the suggestion to write a soulmate fic where Harry's and Louis's souls switch and they wake up in each other's bodies. Until you find your soulmate the world is in black and white until you meet your soulmate. When you turn 18 a tattoo of your soulmate's first word to you appears on your arm. If you're older than your soulmate you stay 18 until he/she/they catch up. When Harry wakes up on his 13th birthday he notices two things. 1. The room is in color. 2. The face staring back at him in the mirror isn't his own. Purely fictional.Complete
✘ 'Two Connected Souls' Undertale Sans x Reader Soulmate AU
(DISCONTINUED) 'A young girl has just been living her life normally; until she turned thirteen--the age where you can find your soulmate. That was when this young girl and their parents--found out that her eyes not only changed colour, but she also had a tattoo/soulmark.' 'For years humans have been born with the ability to find their soulmates by eye colour. The first emotion you feel when you turn thirteen is the emotion that causes your eyes to change to your soulmate's.' 'Monsters have been able to find their soulmates by a tattoo of something that represents their soulmate. Humans, however, do not have tattoos unless they are a monster's soulmate. If this is the case, the 'soulmark' as it is referred to as, will only represent the monster soulmate and will be the single soulmark used to find the other half. A monster can find their soulmate by either of them touching the other's soulmark without having any bandage or piece of cloth in between them. Although rare, it is not uncommon for a monster to have a human for a soulmate--so what if Sans did?' WARNING!: This was a basic summary, I will be adding in a bit more information! Although this IS an 'X-Reader' fanfic, (and my first at writing one) I will be giving the reader heterochromia eyes. You will be able to choose what the colour of her right eye is--but for the sake of this story, her left eye will be green. 1st Book in a Series! AND YESS, the reader will be female. (Sorry guys!!!) I Do Not own Undertale, it is owned by Toby Fox! I do not own 'reader,' you do. (The cover art is the soulmark.)Complete

[A WATTPAD FEATURED STORY] If you touch your skin with ink, the marks you make will appear on your soulmate's skin too. Those who have this power are known as the Inked. It can be beautiful or dangerous, and for twenty-year-old Archie, it's both, in a very short space of time. As an art student at a prestigious university in London, her hobbies include procrastination, doodling and daydreaming about whoever's writing the words that appear on her skin, and what she'll say when she finally meets him. If she ever does. Now that Inking is illegal, though, it's a risk even talking to him. She's not sure if she's willing to give up everything for a boy she's never met, but she knows that if she doesn't, she'll regret it for the rest of her life - however long that may be. *** ➳ Completed ➳ Best tag rank - #1 in New Love, Future, #2 in Short Story ➳ Best genre rank - #2 in Science Fiction ➳ Featured | 18.05.18 ➳ Featured on the Wattpad Teen Fiction profile ➳ 1st Place Winner in the Stellar Awards 2018 ➳ This book has a mild content warning. The Girls with the Flame Tattoos
In this society, everyone has a soulmate. And the way to find yours is just look. Along with a soulmate, everyone has a small tattoo on their cheek with a symbol. Some could be a star, a flower, a yinyang, a fish, or even waves. There are so many people that the symbols are almost limitless. The tattoos don't care about gender or number. There could be gay matches, and there could even be polyamorous matches. The tattoos will tingle when you are near to your sm. And they will glow if you have found only one of your sm's if your match was poly. The trick is, you don't get the tattoo until you are 16. And even if you are near your match, as long as one of you are not of age, your tattoo will not tingle. Also, they are normal tattoos (except you don't get it or choose it, it just appears) so you can get rid of it. But if you do, your sm won't die but they will get very sick. The main characters of this story, Violet West (18) and Harper Black (20), both have a flame tattoo on their cheek. They live in the same state but for 4 years Harper paniced because she couldn't find her match. She wasn't sure if it was because her sm wasn't of age yet or if her sm lived far away. For 2 years Violet also paniced but she knew that some people don't find their sm for 5-10 years after they come of age, so she wasn't as scared as Harper. One day though, they feel their tattoos start to tingle. ____________________________________ *Will they be happy with who their soulmate turns out to be? *Will they recognize each other? *Will they be happy? *Will they break apart? -Read to find out. :) ____________________________________ This book is rated mature because there is a lot of talk of depression and self harm. Yours Truly// A BFB Soulmate Au
A soulmate AU where starting from your 18th birthday, anything you write or draw on your skin appears on the skin of your soulmate. Pencil wouldn't say this out loud, but she didn't really like the idea of soulmates. Sure, for some they get married and are happy for the rest of eternity. But there are so many things that could go wrong too. Like for example, a girl named flower, one of the more popular kids at pencil's school, never got the chance to meet her soulmate because they died in a tragic car accident when they were really young. But that wasn't the only reason pencil was against the idea of soulmates. She's in love with her best friend match. And she's terrified that match will finally turn 18, meet her soulmate, and leave pencil behind. Cover art done by my good friend Sol! Thank ya dude :DComplete
