Osman is a young telepath with a sordid history he knows very little about and destiny he cannot even begin to imagine. He lives his life, day to day, on campus, grateful to be away from Leo, his drunken abusive father and to have a couple friends who don't seem to mind his introverted ways. Unable to control his powers, he's become all too comfortable with hearing every thought around him, until a group of friends appear on campus who's thoughts can't be read. Stranger still, they have an intense interest in Osman himself. Mercy, a young woman from the group, introduces herself to him as a fellow telepath willing and eager to teach him how to control his powers. Little does he know, he is about to be recruited into an underground war for the fate of humanity; a journey that will lead him to self discovery, growth, family and possibly love.
