"You're just making my life worse than it already is!" Demi screamed at me, her eyes searching my face for any type of response from me. "It's not like I meant to!" I finally choked out. I watched her shake her head from side to side, frustration written across her face. "What the fuck is wrong with you? Don't you understand? I care about my career, and obviously you don't give two shits about me, or what I love doing. I thought friends didn't do this to each other?" Maybe she was right. This was my fault. I ruined everything. "You're not saying anything now? Yeah, because you know I'm right..." She grabbed her purse, pulling something out the front pocket. A picture. A picture of us. "Keep it. Throw it away. Do whatever you want with it because I don't want it. We were never friends." She said with rage filling her voice before turning away and beginning to walk away. "But, I thought we were friends forever?" I said softly, staring down at the picture of us. "No, we're friends for never." She replied before leaving me alone, tears rolling down my face.
