In 30 years ago, a strange phenomenon called a "spacequake" devastating the center of Eurasia, resulting in at least 150 million casualties. For the next 30 years, smaller spatial quakes plague the world on an irregular basis.

In seven years later, a meteorite struck down the Shibuya district in Tokyo, reducing them into nothing more than a barren wasteland. An alien lifeform, known as the Worms (ワーム), had emerged from the meteorite and became a threat to the humanity.

Yuuki Tendou (天道 優喜), a young man who takes a mantle of Kamen Rider Kabuto (仮面ライダーカブト) must help his younger brother, Shido Itsuka (五河 士道) sealing the Spirits (精霊) and fight against the Worms.

Note: Kamen Rider Kabuto and Date A Live have officially belonged to Toei Corporation and Kōshi Tachibana respectively. I didn't own both series.
