It was night time at the human zoo, while the other quartz soldiers were resting, Jay stood in the docking bay with thoughts about her youngest sister, 8XM. She wants to be there for her little sister but doing so would mean she would have to decide where her loyalty lies: with her sister or with Homeworld. I do not own Steven universe. This story follows a girl who was taken by homeworld and worked on as an experiment. She was taken at a young age and turned into a half gem half human on accident. She stowed away on Peridot's ship to see the world she came from. She has grown some and changed alot since she had last been at her home, but she can't help but see a familiar face and fall in love with someone she just met when she comes back. She doesn't try to live in the past but she doesn't want to live without those who use to be in it. The truth is out. Rose Quartz, the leader of the Crystal Gem rebellion, was Pink Diamond all along. It shocked all of the Gems, but Steven was the most affected.
