Following a family tragedy, 17 year-old Breanna Alvarez fled her hometown of BayBridge, North Carolina to find a new beginning in New York alongside her mom and younger brother. Now, three years later, and headed for a bachelors degree in early childhood development, Bre becomes stomped once again upon hearing that her mother has been offered a new job opportunity, in Madrid. Forced to move again, Bre and her younger brother packed their bags and prepared to move in with their father, whom they've barely spoken to since the move. Upon her arrival, Bre is welcomed back to a still broken family, friends with secrets, and even a tall handsome stranger who literally came crashing into her life.

Now, a new and rejuvenated woman, Bre works hard to not fall back into the way things were before she left. But with dark pasts, uninvited guests, family drama, and lies finally coming afloat--the task will become much harder. It is no surprise why they decided to leave in the first place. But once the the truth strikes out in the small town, Bre is left discovering not only more about those closest to her, but the truth amongst society's expectations, and herself.

And just when she feels like she's got nowhere else to go, or no other person to trust, the tides will send her back to what it all comes down to in the end... how far you'll go to protect the ones you love-and how much you are willing to do, to get what you want.

Yoona's summer plans were simple: survive the history exam, avoid awkward small talk, and recharge by the sea with a good book. Falling for her brother's best friend? Not on the agenda. But when quiet, bookish Nate offers to help her study, late-night cramming sessions turn into beach walks, stolen glances, and something she never expected-real connection. Between heart-to-hearts under the stars and slow, tender moments that make her chest ache, Yoona starts to wonder if this summer might mean something more. As college approaches and the end of summer looms, friendships shift, love blooms, and secrets unravel-including one that could change everything about the bet they made during the first week at the beach... "I knew that if I wanted to make a move, this was the moment. I snuck a glance at her-her skin glowed under the soft radiance of the lanterns' flickering light. She looked so beautiful. I didn't want to ruin it by saying anything. Instead, I looked down at her hand. Slowly, I shifted mine toward hers, careful not to startle her. She seemed deep in thought, mesmerized by the beauty above us. My hand brushed against hers, then I pulled away instinctively-but when I reached out again, this time a bit more bravely, she didn't retreat. Instead, she moved closer. And when our fingers finally intertwined, I closed my eyes and let the happiness rush through me. The tension in my chest evaporated, and I finally exhaled." It was a dilemma I never thought I would be into. If I chose Harry and someone found out, we were not ever going to be forgiven. But I knew that if I didn't choose him, I was never going to forgive myself. I bit my lip but was unable to contain a giggle as I rested my forehead against his. I didn't know Harry that well, I was putting all my cards in the table for a man who was an unsolved mystery, who could just grab my heart and run away with it. "Please don't make me regret this", I begged. With the purest smile of them all, he wiped my tears away. "If I do, you have complete authorization to hit me in the balls." And with that, he gave me the kiss my heart was yearning for. ~ Cara had clear plans for her summer: have a great family trip to California, party with her brother at the beach, read a few books, train and watch Disney movies until her eyes bled with Sunny, her best friend, once she got back home. But life has its own particular ways of screwing up absolutely everything. On her last school day, and the afternoon before Cara flyes to California, they both find out Harry Styles, famous solo twenty-two-year-old artist, has been completely out of the map for the last week. ¿And why should Cara and Sunny be so affected? It's just another pretty face missing at Hollywood. Except for the fact of Harry being Sunny's uncle. Except for the little problem that Cara gets into when she gets to California and, on her first night out, ends up drunk talking with the supposedly-missing-Harry till four in the morning. Except for Cara's little inside devil that pushes her towards Harry, right into his arms, deep into a kiss. They are 𝘴𝘰 screwed. ¿What happens when Cara needs to choose between love and friendship? ¿What happens when Harry needs to choose between love and fame?

His faint laugh stopped me in my tracks, my body turning sightly to look at him again. "That was cute. Really, I loved it, but you know I can't just stay away." He said while using air quotations for the last part of his sentence. My narrowed eyes continued to shoot daggers at him, "and why is that, Grayson? Huh?" I asked in a mocking tone. He rubbed along his jaw while pulling in on his bottom lip, his head lightly shaking from side to side. "What?" I said louder, my patience long gone. "I live right next door," he deadpanned, "I'm not going anywhere. As far as I'm concerned we're gonna be seeing each other practically every day, so this whole thing about staying away just isn't going to work for you. I don't let things I love go so easily." A chill went down my spine as I watched him walk up the stairs of his porch, "sweet dreams, Cam." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Eighteen year old, Cameron Woods, is ready to start her senior year alongside her friends and boyfriend, Damon Valero.
