The war moved to the arena, where he sent his toughest fighters to challenge Raiden's greatest defenders in Mortal Kombat. The rules were clear, if Shao Kahn won ten tournaments in a row, he won. But if Earthrealm broke the streak, Kahn would have to start all over again. Outworld won nine tournaments.
