[THIS SERIES HAS BEEN REBOOTED] Dangerous new players are entering the battle between the Supers and their enemy, an organization seeking power and absolute control. Now, Ivy and the others have no choice but to place their trust in Malcolm, a boy with questionable motives who is more than capable of killing them. He may be their only hope to save Claire and defeat Zodiac.

Of course, Malcolm and his mysterious origins are the least of the their problems. Scientist John Smith is creating powerful weapons to pit against the Supers. The government is turning the country against them. They are far from being able to overpower Zodiac's army.

Strangest of all are the triangular shards of metal beginning to turn up: the Pyramid Fragments. The one owned by the Director at Tyche Laboratories was only the first. The Supers know nothing about where they came from.

Or what power they hold.

When your entire life has been a lie, who do you trust? * * * If you'd asked Jason Williams about his life, he would have told you it was fairly normal. Sure, his family moves at least once a year, and yes, his teenage sister needs a full-time caretaker -- not that it's any of your business. Except then his parents get captured by the police, and right before, his mom reveals three things: 1. His last name is not Williams 2. Absolutely no one can be trusted 3. His sister must be protected at all costs Add a gunshot wound, a fiery ex-gang member, and powers no one can explain, and you get trouble bigger than Jason can take on alone.
