As the war of centuries rages on, the Arc has achieved predominance in major parts of the habitable Galaxy. It's power spreads with it's terror and the Rebellion has been suppressed to the outer rims. Trust is now a scare currency.
As technology and mutations advance, new die is cast in the board; a power so great is brought to play. Balance is threatened on both sides. A wrong move could bring the galaxy to chaos.
