Ryder Girl

When baby Rebekkah Momoriel was found by her foster Dad, Captain Elliot Momoriel, she goes through the first years of life learning about the planet Earth mostly from her guardian angel, Peter Pan. Rebekkah was born in the moon and is an angel hybrid called a Ryder, but an infant Ryder is called a Cupid. For the first seven years of life, she is called a Cupid until she turns eight and learns how to properly fight crime and how to fly without wings.
