The woman stay human, but their children do not. The boys turn into vampires, while the females stay human, but this time, something happens.
During sex, the vampire males bite the females, as they conceive a child, the males will receive the v gene, while the females do not. But one female does receive it, an she becomes the most powerful vampire of all, even more powerful than the king of vampires, and the queen of humans.
