Between a Barbed Wire Fence

Angelika is a girl living in Germany around the time of WW2. Her best friend (Liat) is a Jew and is taken away from her home in the middle of the night. Angelika decides to dress up as a boy and join the army so she will be able to see Liat one more time. But can she save Liat from the Nazis before it's too late?
