Hunter is practically living in the hospital while he is terminally ill. His parents pretty much disowned him, and he is slowly dying of stage 3 brain cancer. He thinks he will die alone, until he meets a teen a few years older than him named Jackson Frost. He has stage 2 brain cancer. Their relationship blossoms, but Hunter is expiring fast. How will Jack be able to let the love of his life go?
