WARNING! FEMALE READER! You're training to become a knight on Skyloft, but as soon as you graduate the academy, The Surface is opened to the public. Albeit grudgingly, you agree to take a job on the surface, only because the pay is much higher than what you could get on Skyloft. Though being a knight on The Surface means that you have to report to your sworn enemy, Link. You deal with his pestering until he sends you on a dangerous mission, probably to try to get rid of you. Monsters have been spotted around the Dark Forest, a dangerous wooded area between Eldin and Deepwood that not even Link has dared to venture into. You agree to the job, deciding that you could escape this job that you hate and live in the forest instead. No one would dare look for you in these uncharted woods and this mission would be the perfect alibi. Little do you know that in these dozens of acers, Hylia has something much larger in store for you.
