Weapon MasterX:Jack is back

This story is about a boy who was kidnapped at 1 and returns at 13. He finds a temporary family but the twins take an automatic disliking to him. He fights as a vigilante named Weapon MasterX. He can live like this for a while but will T4E come for him? Or will his past catch up with him? find out when I get to it. Sorry for this being so long my first time.
