It depicts that everyone has a purpose and you can be who you choose to be by yourself and not by what others think. It also shows that the labyrinths of life shouldn't break you but make you.
It was named Cover Girl originally before the spur of inspiration, to advice those who want to change their body to others' without what these _others_ pass through because of their body.

Also, in this book Elliot Ludwig had fired Sawyer before and this would be the first time that they met and work together. Also I headcannon Dr. Harley Sawyers age around early 30's and Y/n in late 20's I don't own Poppy Playtime and the characters.
