Sueños difusos, amores confundidos. David, un chico joven de 19 años ha conseguido una beca para ir a estudiar y trabajar a estados unidos, Sillicon Valley. Antes de este proceso ha estado 5 meses trabajando en un proyecto el cual ha sido el ganador de la beca. No solo se va el, se van el y cuatro compañeros mas de los cuales uno se convertirá en el amor de su vida. Justo en ese proceso vuelve a aparecer Ángel, con el que siempre estaba enamorado.
Ahora David está confundido, porque debe elegir con cual de los dos se irá. "Blurred dreams" quiere transmitir que David va a vivir un sueño, el de viajar a otro país, algo que puede ser real pero muy dificil de conseguir, un sueño distante, difuminado. "Confused loves" lo dice todo. David está confundido porque debe elegir a uno de ellos.
