The Revolters are a group of ultrahumans, people with extraordinary abilities, who emerged from a crumbled society. They maintained peace and law where there is chaos. As fighters of justice, they became a symbol of hope to everyone... except the villains they once fought.
Chase had a reason to destroy the Revolters, and he is on a mission for vengeance as he gets help from the villains. As he gets closer, he meets Scarlet, a Revolter girl who believes in peace... and in Chase.
