Skye knew what it was like to be in love with someone who had been separated by the harsh walls of death. She knew that no matter how much time passed, how many days or months or years passed, an epic love like the one she had couldn't be forgotten. 

She knew that she would be in love with Damien for as long as she lived.

But was it selfish of her to secretly hope that she could move on with her life and not stay frozen in the past? 

And it changed when she met Cian. Completely different from her former lover, yet she felt that bond. Would she run away? Or would she learn to embrace the future he was beginning to show her?
