After burying his sister, (y/n) begins to roam Remnant to aid all of those that can't defend themselves. Over the past 7 years he has earned a pretty high bounty among the White Fang, the new bandit tribe, and anyone on Salem's side. He has become a thing of legend among most villages and he is referred to as "The Snow Wolf". But despite so many villages reporting seeing the Faunus of legend, none of his old friends know where he is or what his plans are. They just know he's alone and he's hurting.
This is the sequel to "It's so cold".

Remnant is a land full of legends and stories. Some are more popularly known such The Story of the Seasons and the legend of the Silver-Warriors. However, there is one legend that has been long forgotten and buried deep in Remnant's history. This is the legend of The Grimm Hunter, a creature of terrible power that was believed to have terrorized Humanity before the four Kingdoms were established and shortly after Humanity discovered Dust. It's been depicted to be an amalgamation of different Grimm with the ability to absorb the life-force of any creature with a soul. Not only did doing so regenerate any dealt wounds, but also allowed it to convert it into dark and destructive energy. Even though The Grimm Hunter was a creature of darkness itself, it also slaughtered Grimm with the same level of ferocity it showed Humanity. However, just as it seemed The Grimm Hunter would eradicate all of Humanity, it vanished without a trace. Not many know what happened to it but the legend speculates that a squadron of Silver-Eyed Warriors defeated it. But, that's not the truth, now is it? Sometimes his uncles and cousins did as well but for unknown reasons. He never got help from his mother or aunts as they went missing years ago. He never understood why he was mistreated. When he went to Beacon, he thought that it was all over. But as he had terrible luck as usual, he was wrong. He was bullied by most of the students including team CRDL since he was the weakest student in the whole school. His siblings were there was well, making his situation even worse. He thought out help from the teachers, but they wouldn't help at all, they would usually either telling him to get stronger or go home. One day, Ozpin sent him off on a mission to collect something that he wasn't told of. When he does, it was all a trap by an unknown group. As he's kidnapped, he finds something very old and he becomes someone else completely; an Assassin. He'll soon understand the world more and the words that he always heard but never understood will finally make sense: "Where other men blindly follow the truth, Remember, nothing is true. Where other men are limited by morality or law, Remember, everything is permitted. We work in the dark to serve the light. We are assassins." Key factors about this story: 1. Each sequence is the main story. 2. Lost sequences are stuff that either happened before or things that I forgot to add at some point, so they're cannon and probably are important to the story. This is an old fanfic that I started writing back in 2018, and discontinued it around 2020-2021. I don't think too fondly of this book since I don't like how I handled writing it at the time, but it has sentimental value for some of my friends and myself.
