"My head jerks up at the sound of the voice, I had heard it before. I gasp, and he turns to look at me, we lock eyes. It was him." She had it all, the money, the house, the car, the designer clothes, parents that any teenager would want, and of course, the dreamy hot boyfriend. Her life was set. That is until He shows up in her dreams and then in her school, in reality. In her dreams, he's evasive and murderous, in reality, he's still evasive, not murderous, but very secretive. Sure, maybe it's simply a coincidence, but when she finally confronts him about his odd behavior, the truth comes out, he's seen her in his dreams, too, in fact they've been having the same dreams, for months now. After an attempt being made on Peyton's life, they come to the realization that their dreams, are more than just dreams, they're clues, missing puzzle pieces. Now, spending more time together to get to the bottom of their dreams, they slowly start to have an understanding of each other. But what will happen when they both have to make a life altering decision, that can change both of their lives, for good? When the truth comes out, will it bring them together, or tear them apart, and they head back to the lives that had been set for them, separated, forever?

Summary: Half a Childhood Left Not such a child anymore, but life had other ideas-and other plans. As a junior, Troy is one of those high school boys growing up in a single-parent home, defying every stereotype. He's hardworking, polite, and determined-doing his best to succeed in school while aiming for a brighter future. Troy grinds every day with a singular focus on basketball, dreaming of turning his final year into a Division I college scholarship. Then there's Summer-the rich girl from Hidden Hills. She's fun, outgoing, and carefree, living with both her parents. She's used to getting everything she wants and hasn't been prepared for responsibility. When their worlds collide at a party, sparks fly. What begins as innocent flirting quickly evolves into something more... something neither of them is ready for. Soon, they're hit with a surprise: an unplanned pregnancy. One night of adult decisions leaves them breathless, nine months later, facing a world that won't slow down. Troy is forced to "man up" and shoulder responsibilities he never asked for. His dreams of a scholarship and college are now tangled in the complexities of real life. Meanwhile, Summer remains trapped in a golden cage of privilege, continuing to party and relying on a nanny when it's her turn to care for the baby. Troy and Summer clash over parenting. They fall into an on-again, off-again relationship-complicated, messy, and painful. At one point, one of them even enters another relationship while still in high school. Together, they navigate the entanglements of school, parental expectations, social pressures, and the constant buzz of their own insecurities. And through it all, they keep chewing away at the little bit of childhood they have left.
