The top layer of my kind plays mankind like a puppeteer plays his puppets. They love chaos. Moreover, they live off of chaos, breath it. The drive behind every man-made tragedy was my kind. My kind was made to show no emotion and to profit as much from mankind as possible, of their chaos. It's in our DNA, no bug in the system. So they thought...
My name? My kind doesn't have names for the unimportant. You only get a name when you have done something memorable. I have a rank. I am soldier 623 of the 999, one of the lowest of my kind. Like humans would say, I'm a civilian. I am a face in a sea of faces. I have no name and no status, I am nobody.

I know what you must be thinking. Why not name this title ' the adventures of Sharkboy, lavagirl and whatever my name is'? Well because that would of ruin the whole story. For this is not really my story, i was not created as a dream. I'm an actual human and I did not come from max, nor planet drool. I was born on earth like every other normal child there is. The only thing different about me is that I have a special power. Although I don't seem to know about this power, nor understand how to use it I'm a main target for everyone. I can rather save everybody from a terrible event or destroy everyone within seconds. Because of this I am very weary around people and shy too. As I try my best to blend in it becomes harder and harder each day to keep my self from exposing this energy. The worse part is I don't even know I have it! Well not until later on. All of the thugs layed on the floor unconcious. I did it! The hostages stood there, staring at me in shock. News helicopters flew around the building. I walked to the shattered window I entered. The cops were below, just entering the building to rescue the hostages. "Thank you" I heard one of the hostages say. I turned around to see an older woman. "What is your name?" she asked. I couldn't tell her my real name. I was just an 18 year old girl trying to finish high school. I never expected any of this. I knew that the powers I had were a blessing.
