Five years ago my heart was broken by a girl I thought I'd spend the rest of my life with. It never came true, for reasons that are my own fault. I started writing these letters to try and sort through my own emotions as I dealt with the first ever heartbreak of my life. It was a dark time, and almost every single thing written here is true. These are all my real life experiences and emotions and I'm publishing this for anyone who may feel alone in their own minds and hearts. This is my most vulnerable work, and my most honest work. The confusion, pain, rage, heartbreak and acceptance is all real.

I was only 7 when I met her, but we had an instant connection. We were inseperable. She was always happy and joyful around me, but me on the other hand, I was a completely different story.
