Every body has a strong interest in their own lives. Or so you would think. Alamo Tin doesn't think that his life matters, for he is bullied, and made fun of for his many hardships. That is what his world behind the fog is for. A place where he can get away, a place beyond his wildest dreams. In the world, he lives with more or less one hundred versions of himself, and a talking duck-guide named Perry. His clones work hard to make Alamo as comfortable as possible, and he settles in with what would seem like his knew life, while his mother finds out he is gone. Frantic, she gathers up a search party and a large uproar causes him to be the most famous boy in town, that is, he would be if he can get back.
