For some people finding true love is hard, and for others true love just randomly shows up in their bed one day.. ( I know what you're thinking, and NO... It's not that kind of story, haha).
A (somewhat) short story about your not so ordinary girl falling in love with an up and coming professional baseball player. But, it's more than just a love story. There will be some twists, heartbreaks, and life changing moments (for the characters at least) pertaining to more than just love and baseball. While I am not quite sure where this story is headed yet, or how it even started, I hope that you find it entertaining and enjoy the journey as much as I will enjoy writing it!

"'Bye.' I say after Edwin's kiss. He gives me a small smile that honestly looks more like a grimace. It makes me a little uncomfortable having him kiss me in the library. Edwin walks away, and someone standing in the corner of my vision makes me turn in my seat. A tall, muscular man is standing there, his arms crossed, staring at me. Maya Brown, an ERNP, Emergency Room Nurse Practitioner, has her hands full at all times as she runs her ER.
