a young SeaClan faces a great issue: their leader and deputy died in the heat of battle against two small rogue groups. 

the resident herb cat elected a new leader and a deputy was elected in turn, but several members of the clan support another representative. 

SeaClan is split in two, half living in the sea cave under the 'just' leadership, and the others at the top of the cliffs, all the way on the opposite side of the bay. 

things are tense. prey is limited. something must be worked out - and soon, before the entire clan collapses.
