Cylia doesn't remember much from her childhood, but who would when you were in a life threatening accident. She does remember waking up in the care of doctors and their new president, Sylius,  with a new found ability to do almost supernatural things, and she wasn't the only one. Cylia and the others are recruited to take down a force of resistance, but when Cylia runs into a boy with familiar eyes, she begins to have memories flood her mind.
