A sea of soldiers facing off between a wounded and drugged paladin.
One dart should have been all it took. But he absorbed many more.
Such power hidden inside this joking little human.

The first thing Pidge remembered was the ringing in her ears. But slowly with effort, she was able to make out voices. She didn't dare open her eyes out of fear. But never the less she laid there and listened to the voices speaking. "I found the rebel and I'm on root now" the first voice spoke. "Why do I hear a but coming?" Stated the second. "Well um," said the first "Well?" Scolded the second voice "Well, I have something else I believe Lord Zarkon would be pleased to have." the voice quickly uttered. "And what might that be?" Stated the second voice sounding rather bored with the conversation. "A paladin of Voltron" _________________ This takes place session 4 episode 2, where Pidge finds Matt... but different. What would have happened if Pidge and Matt became prisoners to the Galra empire? What if the bounty hunter was successful in his mission to find Matt and Pidge... read and you will know... Keith snapped forward, his eyes glowing a deep purple, "I told you to get the fuck out, I'm not show to entertain you, I'm not something to watch as they break into tears, I want you to get the fuck out". Keith's breath heaved with anger as he moved to leave. Lance silently screamed, hot steam clouded by his eyes, "Keith I'm sorry, I didn't mean to". Keith knocked him down, shoulders slamming into his face, "what did I do to deserve you" Lance looked up. "I'm sorry Keith, please". Keith grunted, eyes glowing eerily, anger screamed from his from. "Get out Lance, get out of my life". Facing toward Lance, looking him in the eyes, he kicked forward. Nailing Lance in the face, "Get out of my life Lance, and never come back". Lance nodded before running out to the door.

Lance was the class clown back in school. His crooked grin full of gaps often brought a smile to his friend's faces. Seeing everyone else smile made him happy. Lance was the shameless flirt in the Garrison. It made the girls laugh at his failed attempts, and the boys chuckle at his ridiculousness. He didn't mind being turned down, because everyone ended up happy. Lance was the blue paladin. It was his duty as a member of Voltron to keep the universe happy. But sometimes, just sometimes. "S-Stay, p-please," Keith mumbled, hiding his face in his pillow. Lance nodded climbing beside the small boy. Keith turned to face him, his face flushed as he looked at Lance, "T-Thanks." "For what?" Lance whispered, his breath close enough for Keith to touch. "B-Being by my side," Keith moved closer to Lance, closing the small distance between them, "I-I thought y-you'd all hate me." "Why would you think that?" "Ha," Keith let out a bitter laugh, "I'm half Galra. I share half of my DNA with a race who has killed countless civilizations, not to mention they kidnapped Shiro and Katie's family, and they-" "Exactly, "they". You didn't help them do any of that, right?" Lance touched Keith's forehead with his own, drinking in the feel of his soft skin. "N-No but-" "No "buts", you didn't choose to be born part Galra, and you have more than proved you're a paladin." "Allura and Coran hate me," Keith mumbled, trying to find some way to prove that they did indeed hate him. "No they don't, just give them some time to adjust," Keith turned around, pulling Lance's arm around him, "They have to get used to you. None of us hate you, not the smallest bit." Lance waited for Keith to argue but the boy had already fallen asleep. Lance hugged the boy tighter as he copied his steady breaths. "I could never hate you." ------------------------------------------------- Keith gets kidnapped during a simple mission of the paladins. He's tortured and abused for three days, leaving him a damaged mess. The paladins finally find him and bring him home, but Keith is acting strange, stranger than usual. I obviously don't own Voltron. If you thought that, you're not all there when it comes to brains, thanks for the laugh though. Just got #1 in galra - 11/2/18 Thank you, you wonderful people!

"I'm sorry!" Lance all but shouted the words, causing the smaller girl to flinch but he was already moving. Stumbling. His vision blurred with tears as he was turning away from her, escaping, his tone begging, "I'm sorry, Pidge, I'm so sorry. Please forget that this ever happened, please!" And then, he was running from the room, struggling to muffle the sobs that were wracking his chest but failed. He left her in silence. Only, the silence wasn't so silent.
