So, I watched The Maze Runner: The Death Cure last week - and I am so not okay with that ending! Newt should have survived! So I've taken matters into my own hands and re-wrote the ending. With Newtmas being eventually canon of course!

Where everything's the same except that Brenda, Minho and Gally arrive a minute earlier to save Newt's life and even make it out of the city with the perfect cure made from Thomas' blood.

It's exactly the same, except Newt survives and it follows the story of the kids who made it to the safe haven. The blonde is stuck in a coma, and Thomas wants nothing more than for him to wake up. He spends nearly all his time there, praying that his Newt would just shucking wake up already. What happens when Thomas needs to actually start helping out? How much had Newt's coma ruined the boy, and how much had Thomas missed? When will Thomas figure out his feelings for the boy, his world?

Minho and Thomas are the best of friends, and they live conveniently close to each other. They hang out with a small circle of friends, which has always been the case. However, recently, Minho has been subtly mentioning a friend of his from Bristol, England named Newt. According to the idea, he was supposed to come in a few months as an exchange student and stay in Minho's house for the entire duration. Thomas was fine with it, as he was a considerably friendly person and trusted that two months would be easy to manage. What could possibly go wrong? But every time she is in the maze, she needs to be fast, because the doors to the maze is closing at dark and they first open the next morning and she have heard that no one has survive a night in the maze, because some creatures live in the maze and they are only coming out when it is dark. After months in the Glade, and after watching many of her friends die in front of her, Sara is about to lose hope, but then a boy name Thomas come up from the box, and together with Minho they are trying to find a way out of the maze, but one of the boys in the Glade don't like they are trying to find a way out.
