The last words of a dying woman. ----------- Some of the things feel like they're worded weirdly in this story, but I'm not exactly sure how to fix that. Good thing I don't plan to become a professional writer or whatever. Anyway, this is a story based off the Greek love story of Amaryllis and Alteo. I think it's interesting, and flowers provide great symbolism in my opinion. Short stories are fun to write, and I thought a rewrite of a good tale would be good for a first story on Wattpad. I wanted to focus on the way Amaryllis felt for Alteo and the sacrifice she was willing to make for his love. I only wish I could have worded it better. Thanks for looking at the story.Public Domain
