After his loss in Unova Ash returns home to regroup and plan which region he will go to next. However while planning his next region, tragedy strikes and his mother dies. to his knowledge he has no other family until one day a familiar visitor arrives offering him a home and revealing a family secret lost for generations. Ash takes this offer and trains his Pokemon for 2 years. Now he is ready to journey out again, this time to Kalos. What will he find in Kalos, will he finally be able to achieve his dreams? And will he find something or someone that he didn't know he was missing when he finds a certain honey blonde. This is rated mature, however there won't be any lemons here but perhaps other some mature topics might get put in here. This will be my first ever attempt at writing so please forgive me and please leave your criticism. if this goes well I might actually write something else. For the most part this will be based off of the cannon, however this will be for the most part an original story. So please enjoy. A group of friends register to take part in the Kalos Pokémon League. On their journey, they'll learn how difficult the road to success can be, and what a terrible conspiracy is lurking in their region. With their ambitions challenged and their lives threatened, they'll need to pull together and outdo each other to achieve their goal. The story features material from the video game, anime and manga. But there will also be a lot of new stuff, making this adventure take place in its own unique universe. Some of the license's characters will undergo different development, while others will remain true to familiar territory. Several serious topics will be tackled (but not too violently).
