In fair Dakota where we lay our scene

Two stubborn souls there unknowingly lie

Obscured from all, Fate seems to be so keen

On observing their story through its eye

Two eclectic groups they happen to share

Each its own clash of happiness and woe

Come before us on this tale with great care

The lovers along the way they will show

But let's not forget old scars and wounds now

For memories refuse to fade with time

Two hearts collide and none could expect how

Yet we explain with words, reduced to rhyme
