Adolescence is hard enough but nobody knows that better than Miguel " Mikey" Hernandez. Since Mikey was 5 he has had kidney problems leading him to wet himself until he was 8. At 13 Mikey starts emitting a fishy body odor he is unaware of. Due to his embarrassing problems he struggles with his adolescence and at 16 is diagnosed with Trimethylaminuria or Fish Odor Syndrome.
