Not so lonely

When Tyler's father died when he was six, his mother turned to alcohol to cope with her loss. She would go out latter and come home smelling like alcohol and cigarette smoke. The mother Tyler once loved was gone. She was now a abusive alcoholic. After years of abuse Tyler turned into a shy kid that didn't make any friends.
Now that he's in high school he thinks that things will never change. Not until he meets a boy named Ethan Nestor.
