He was cute, very cute. What's the harm in meeting him? A lot.

When Lauren Binns decided to watch a street hustler perform with his cards, she didn't think anything of it. But because of that meeting, she's kidnapped, informed that he's a dangerous mutant known as Gambit, and is threatened with her life to help track him down. Gambit ends up saving her and she goes on the run with him; after hearing about Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters-a safe haven for mutants-they head to New York, hoping to find shelter there. Many states and constant danger lay between them and their goal.

Lei Watson was a water bender, and ever since she discovered that ability, she's wanted to do something great. But that dream died the day she was sent to live with an aunt in America, all on the notion that she would be safe there. But life isn't that simple when you're hiding who you truly are from the world. When Charles Xavier and Erik Lencherr offer her the chance to make a difference in the world of mutants, she jumps at the opportunity. But is it the right choice? Mostly set in Xmen first class. Just a short drabble about a character I made up. I hope you like it. Erik Lencherr/OC/Charles Xavier
