A young Muslim girl, named Amal, had Asperger's Syndrome. All of her life she had been in a, private, special needs school. Then, two of her mother's brothers, who lived safely in Beirut, Lebanon, fell seriously ill. She had to go with her mother to Lebanon. The question is: will she go to school or not? And , if she does go to school, how will she blend in with all of the other students? How will she try to act "normal" despite her Asperger's?

A simple Muslim girl, named Abila, lived in Beirut, Lebanon. She attended school and lived a normal life. She had twelve siblings, all of various ages, and her parents were always busy and trying to marry off the older ones. Then, someone came into her life and changed her for forever. A new neighbor moved next door. Her parents told her that they were just visiting for a while, but she didn't believe that... she also hoped that that was not the case. The new girl next door showed her new feelings she never knew she had before.
