Best friends since preschool. They wore the same shirt the first day and had the same last name so they decided to be best mates. They did everything together. It was around 5th grade that they started getting into different activities, Lucas was a bookworm and became student council president and Dani was great at basketball but his secret passion was of course playing the violin. With Daniel being an attention magnet, Lucas started to feel left out. It wasn't until a couple of years later after a huge argument at Daniel's house at midnight, ever-absent-parents, that it just happened, Lucas admitted to himself, and to a very confused and flustered Dani his feeling for him. It went downhill though. Days went by without hearing from each other. But then Daniel couldn't take it. Sure it was weird, strange, confusing! but he couldn't remember ever being without Lucas. He went to find him at his house, we was being wreckless, but what the hell, he kissed him. And there was sparks and magic and oh dear God, they were in love. What the hell was going to happen? They're very much catholic families, everyone in school had always assumed they were cousins. They had to keep the secret. And they were damn good at it! High school was a whole other mess though.
