(Periodic Updates)Poetry isn't just words put together in a certain rhythm or a smooth way; it's the act of putting yourself and emotions into your writing. It's laying back in the middle of a field and staring up at a cloud and finding all the details that make it unique. It's star gazing and asking yourself questions that could never be answered. It's wondering, it's questions, it's emotions, it's senses, it's poetry.. and every single poem has a trace of yourself in it. My goal in my poems is to make people think and believe. Think deeper than what everything seems. Look deeper. Don't just read the cover, read the book. So forbidden it's borderline illegal. It feels illegal in a town like this. It was just sex. Ridiculous, I hate you sex with the one guy in school I had no business being with. But the line between love and hate blurs easily. And in a town like this, where secrets are hard to keep, we're playing with fire. Quitting him doesn't work, especially when he wants me even worse than I want him. Despite how much he hates me, despite that we were destined to hate each other. The only sure way to keep a secret is to be the only one who knows it. But this secret already involves two. And it's bound to get out and wreak havoc on my life and my plans for escape.
